Short version: SourceRadar does not collect your data. There is no account, no login, no server that stores anything about you or your suppliers.
Who we are. SourceRadar is published by Alan Clech, 1 Kervern, 29260 Saint-Méen, France. Contact: support@easy-appcreator.com.
What data the app handles. Everything you enter — supplier names, conversations, prices, cost assumptions, project settings — stays inside the app on your own device, in memory for the duration of your session. We never receive it, never see it, and never store it on any server. When you use the Export JSON function, the resulting file is written to your device only; you choose where it goes.
Data we collect: none. The app contains no analytics, no advertising, no tracking technology, no third-party SDK, and no crash reporter. We do not create a profile of you, we do not use cookies for tracking, and we have nothing to sell or share, because we hold nothing.
The one thing stored on your device. Since version 9.2 the app records a single local flag meaning "the introductory tour has already been shown", so that it is not replayed at every launch. It contains no personal data, is never transmitted anywhere, and clearing your browser or app data removes it. Nothing else is written to persistent storage.
Optional AI features. The app includes optional features (data extraction assistance and brand-name generation) that only work if you supply your own Anthropic API key in Settings. If — and only if — you enable them and press the corresponding button, the specific text you are working on is sent from your device directly to Anthropic's API (api.anthropic.com) using your key, and the answer is returned to your device. That request does not pass through any server of ours; we are not a party to it and receive no copy. Anthropic's handling of that data is governed by their own terms, available at anthropic.com. If you never enter an API key, no data ever leaves your device.
Update checks (web version only). The web version of SourceRadar periodically requests a small file (version.json) from the site that hosts it, to tell you when a new version is available. This request carries no personal data and no identifier. Like any web request, our hosting provider may log the IP address and timestamp for standard security and operational purposes; those logs are not used to identify or profile users.
External links. The app links to third-party sites (Amazon Seller Central, freight and trademark services). Following those links takes you to services with their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
Children. SourceRadar is a professional tool for business use and is not directed at children.
Your rights. Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. You remain in full control of your own data: deleting your exported JSON files, or closing the app, removes it entirely. If you have any question about this policy, write to support@easy-appcreator.com and we will answer within 30 days.
Changes. If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.

Depuis la version 9.2, l'application enregistre un unique indicateur local signifiant « la visite guidée a déjà été affichée », afin qu'elle ne se relance pas à chaque ouverture. Il ne contient aucune donnée personnelle, n'est jamais transmis, et disparaît si vous effacez les données de l'application ou du navigateur. Rien d'autre n'est écrit en mémoire persistante.
Fonctions d'IA optionnelles. L'application propose des fonctions optionnelles (aide à l'extraction de données et génération de noms de marque) qui ne fonctionnent que si vous saisissez votre propre clé API Anthropic dans les Paramètres. Si — et seulement si — vous les activez et appuyez sur le bouton correspondant, le texte concerné est envoyé depuis votre appareil directement à l'API d'Anthropic (api.anthropic.com) avec votre clé, et la réponse revient sur votre appareil. Cette requête ne transite par aucun de nos serveurs ; nous n'y sommes pas partie et n'en recevons aucune copie. Vérification des mises à jour (version web uniquement). La version web de SourceRadar demande périodiquement un petit fichier (version.json) au site qui l'héberge, afin de vous signaler qu'une nouvelle version est disponible. Cette requête ne transporte aucune donnée personnelle ni identifiant. Comme pour toute requête web, notre hébergeur peut journaliser l'adresse IP et l'horodatage à des fins de sécurité et d'exploitation courantes ; ces journaux ne servent ni à identifier ni à profiler les utilisateurs.
Liens externes. L'application renvoie vers des sites tiers (Amazon Seller Central, services de transport et de dépôt de marque). Ces services disposent de leurs propres politiques de confidentialité, que nous ne contrôlons pas.
Enfants. SourceRadar est un outil professionnel destiné à un usage en entreprise et ne s'adresse pas aux enfants.
Vos droits. Ne détenant aucune donnée personnelle vous concernant, nous n'avons rien à consulter, rectifier, exporter ou supprimer en votre nom. Vous gardez la maîtrise complète de vos données : supprimer vos fichiers JSON exportés, ou fermer l'application, les efface intégralement.
